Logan has long, curly brown hair parted to the right. It ends just above his eyebrows in the front and it usually covers half of his ears. It usually wasn't the dark brown it is now. He has bright red hair -some would say orange others would say strawberry blonde- that he dyes every few years so people wouldn't recognize him. It's not a permanent dye, it's a semi-permanent so it wouldn't wash out as quickly.[/size][/blockquote]
His eyes are a mystery to most, as in different lighting they appear to be different colors. One minute they could be an icy blue, the next minute they could appear emerald green, and sometimes they could appear hazel. They are in fact, a blue/gray color. The different lighting causes his eyes to "change color". His outfit could also be a factor in his eye color.
Logan has high, sharp cheekbones and a strong jaw, causing him to appear slightly gaunt in bad lighting. He has a straight nose and his upper lip has a very pronounced Cupid's bow (which is where the top of the upper lip curves up, down then up again). His 6 foot two frame and 195 lbs make him appear skinny and lanky. This is not the case, as a vampire he's strong, fast and incredibly stealthy.
Logan owns a black wool coat that has a high collar, which he often turns up. He also owns a blue scarf that he wears with the coat when it's cold. When it's cool he'll wear only the coat and a blazer underneath. When it's warm he wears just the blazer and whatever dress shirt he put on that day. His shirts and blazers don't fit, either showing stress on the buttons of the shirt or the fact that the sleeves are a bit too short. He wears jeans often and when he has to dress up he wears whatever dress pants match the blazer he's wearing. He hates ties and prefers to not wear them but will wear them if he has to.

Logan, growing up in a different time, is a hopeless romantic. He loves to treat any woman that's lucky enough to be his girlfriend like a queen. He loves giving them his undivided attention and can't help how he feels about her. This her is Jynx. He can't help but be hopelessly in love with the girl and he will not fall for another. Even if she completely rejects him, which he doubts, he will never give up on her. Ever.[/size][/blockquote]
He's very devoted to whatever he's doing, whether it be a science experiment of some kind or keeping his loved ones happy. He has to make sure that everything goes smoothly and everyone is happy. It's not to say he isn't sarcastic. No no, he can be very sarcastic when he wants to be. Just not with people who mean so much to him...Okay maybe even then. He doesn't like seeing people beat themselves up when they have no reason to, and will do everything he can to make them feel special.
Obviously he's not one of those vampires that wants to get you high off drugs.
But it isn't to say that he can't be aggressive. If angered enough he can become very violent, almost feral. He dislikes most drugs and dislikes most of the nighttime jobs that vampires have decided to take up. He was a part of that life, didn't like it much, and got out of it. So if someone wants him back in the business, good luck.
Logan is very charismatic, he has a wonderful talent of making sure he can't get into any kind of trouble. He also can make people feel better after a few words. He often tells stories of his life if people are willing to listen. He never makes it sound like it was him, always changing the names and looks of people, never keeping it the same.

Michael and Samantha Roberts were relatively wealthy. The Roaring Twenties were very fortunate to the family, and early in the twenties the couple gave birth to their daughter, Eliza, and five years after Eliza was born Samantha gave birth to the couple's son, Logan, in 1925. Michael was the floor manager of a textile mill, which he made sure his children never saw (as conditions were horrible and many children worked in one). His mother was a housewife, taking care of the couple's two children. Logan and Eliza got along well, his big sister taking care of him as any big sister would. In 1929, the stock market crashed and the family went from well to do, to having nothing.[/list][/blockquote][/size][/blockquote]
Most of Logan's childhood was spent in poverty, and as soon as he turned ten he went off to try and find work. His father, unlike most men in the Great Depression, stayed with the family and tried to get work in the city. His mother took up odd jobs, trying to get money. Eliza and Logan often went around the neighborhood together, trying to get jobs or find money. His parents made sure that the children got what they needed to eat before them, and Michael always told Logan to act like a gentleman, and never take anything for granted.
Then, in 1939, overseas World War II started. Soon, America was getting back on its feet, and factories for weaponry and tanks sprung up everywhere. The Roberts' family went to work in a factory that built airplanes. Eliza, now twenty years old, went to school to become a nurse, and Logan, being 15, helped his parents in the workshops. Logan turned eighteen in 1943 and signed up to join the war effort, since America joined the war in 1941 after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. His sister was a nurse in the war, and she was currently stationed in Pearl Harbor taking care of the wounded soldiers.
Logan joined the Marines and was taught many important lessons. He was sent to the Pacific to island hop back to Japan, taking over islands on the way. He got shot in the left shoulder in 1944 and was sent back to the States for medical attention and he was put on the Reserve list. He was 20 years old when he finally got to go home to his parents after two years fighting. He then went to college to learn about chemistry, since he heard a lot about the atomic bomb and wanted to get to know more about the sciences behind it.
WWII ended in 1945 and he took his entire family out to celebrate . Eliza, now 25, was married and was talking about moving west, as the family up until that point was living in Missouri. His sister and her husband, Richard Welsh, moved to California and Logan stopped hearing from his sister after that.
When he turned 25 in 1950 he was teaching at a local high school in a chemistry class, and a few months after the start of the school year he was attacked as he was walking home after hanging out with his friends at a local bar. Now, attacking a former Marine is a pretty stupid decision, but a fight between a former Marine and a vampire will always have the vampire winning. He was quickly overpowered and knocked out. He awoke a few hours later in a dark room, with someone standing over him. He felt teeth sink into his neck and he screamed loudly.
Most humans usually don't survive turning into a vampire, but Logan was pretty strong, despite looking like a twig. Former Marine? Yea, he's gotta be strong. He woke up after the pain subsided and the vampire that changed him told him about his new life and that he was going to help out with the town's local drug ring.
Should be fun, right?
Well, it wasn't. Logan went from dealing drugs to doing drugs. He quickly got addicted to cocaine, either injected or snorted. He didn't like it, but he did it anyway. For twenty years he was addicted to drugs, and in the seventies, ironically while everyone was still getting high and he was getting rich from selling the drugs, he decided to quit that life and get clean.
So he moved north, and stayed in an apartment. He first went through withdrawal, which was painful and an experience he never wanted to experience again. Then he got hooked on cigarettes, which in his mind was a lot better than cocaine and if it kept him from cocaine, then who was he to argue.
He got jobs working as a night guard in museums, always the night guard. He spent the rest of that millennium up north, and he frequently dyed his hair dark brown when he moved out of the towns, making sure no one recognized him.
It was a cold night in the 80s that in one of the towns he found Jynx Pandora, in a broken down shed. He knew immediately that she was a vampire and was suffering from a drug induced high and freezing. He quickly picked up the girl and carried her back to his apartment before the sun rose. He got her clean clothes, let her take a shower, and he cut his wrist. Logan offered it to the girl and she nearly drank him dry.
So he let her stay in his apartment on his couch. He told her stories of his life, making them sound like they weren't his, sometimes he told them as if they were his (and they always were), but other times he made it sound like it happened to a friend. Logan never got angry at her, acting as her 'punching bag' so to speak, when she got angry at him. He always held her when she cried and said she was sorry.
He fell in love with the girl, he wanted to take care of her. He never wanted her to leave. Over the five years they lived together she got sober, and he never wasted an opportunity to make her smile. Flowers, an impromptu date, whatever made her smile. Just so he could see her smile.
But she left him once the five years were up. He didn't understand it, and he started to chase after her. Logan wouldn't leave her alone unless she told him to. She hasn't yet, but he hopes that she never will. He doesn't want to lose her. To anyone or anything.
